How we handle your data

Beta interest form

• Applications are open.
• We store your email, whether you're a job seeker or recruiter, your answers to that form's questions, and any optional access notes.
• We never ask about disability or diagnosis, never ask for uploads, and ask you not to paste real messages.
• To limit spam we keep a one-way scrambled version of your network address, not the address itself.
• Only the beta owner can see applications and can delete any of them on request. They are deleted automatically by a daily cleanup once they are 90 days old (so within about 91 days).

Pilot testers (invite only)

• Invite codes are stored only in scrambled form. The owner can turn one off at any time. A code is not yet tied to one person's email, so keep yours private.
• We store how many checks you ran each day and any feedback you send.
• Messages and screenshots you check are not saved in our database. To read a screenshot or review text, they are sent to our AI service provider, which may keep its own short-term request logs under its own policy.
• Email domains get a public mail-server lookup. Links you paste are never opened or fetched.

The public demo

Runs entirely in your browser with made-up data. Read-aloud uses your device's built-in voice.
